I offer A Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage is a traditional Polynesian healing practice that uses long, flowing, rhythmic strokes—often with the forearms and hands—to promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, and release tension. It’s not just physical; it’s also meant to restore harmony and balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Also Thai Yoga Massage is a therapeutic practice combining gentle yoga-like stretches, acupressure, and rhythmic rocking to improve flexibility, release tension, and restore energy flow—often called “lazy man’s yoga” because the therapist moves the client through the stretches.
